For over 60 years the Michigan Children with Special Needs Fund (CSN Fund) has helped thousands of families with millions of dollars in grants. The Children with Special Needs Fund provides support for children in Michigan with special health care needs that is not available through any other funding source. The Fund helps with the purchase of equipment and services that promote optimal health, mobility and development, enhancing the lives of children and their families. Your donation will help the CSN Fund purchase a ramp, wheelchair lift, therapeutic tricycle or other equipment to help a child gain access to their community.
