User Registration

Complete the form below to become a registered user of ICHAT, or you may login as a Guest User on the Get Started page.

User Information:

Instructions:

  1. First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name will allow only letters, spaces, apostrophes, hyphens and periods.
  2. Email and Confirm Email should be in proper email format (ex: [email protected]) and no more than 60 characters.
  3. Cell Phone, Phone Number, and Extension fields allow only numbers.

Login Information:

Instructions for User ID:

  1. Only alphanumeric characters are allowed in the User ID field.
  2. No special characters or spaces are allowed.
  3. Must be between 8 and 20 characters in length.

Instructions for Password:

  1. Passwords must be at least 8 to 20 characters in length
  2. Must include at least one character from the following:
    • Upper case letter (A-Z)
    • Lower case letter (a-z)
    • Number (0-9)
    • Special character (~!#$%^&*()+=?)

The User ID is required

The User ID is not valid (only alphanumeric characters are allowed in the User ID field. No special characters and spaces are allowed. Must be between 8 and 20 characters in length.)

The Confirm Password is required

Passwords do not match.

Security Questions:

User must provide at least 3 security answers and make sure to store the answers in case of a forgotten password. The ICHAT system will not display the answers provided. Error: (User must provide at least 3 security answers)
